These terms apply to the StrikeTracks fishing-information product. They have not been reviewed by counsel and are not presented as legal advice.

Informational service

StrikeTracks provides destination information, environmental observations where available, and condition or trip-planning guidance for river, lake, coastal, and offshore destinations. The service is informational. Not every destination page provides a fishing-condition rating. Offshore destinations are currently Information Only for fishing-condition status.

No guarantee of fishing success

Recommendations, ratings, and Estimated Conditions do not guarantee fishing success, fish presence, access, or a productive trip.

Changing conditions and third-party sources

Water, weather, tide, flow, and related conditions can change quickly after you check a destination. Data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or derived from third-party sources that StrikeTracks does not control.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for on-site judgment, personal safety, and compliance with laws, closures, access rules, licenses, and official warnings. StrikeTracks does not replace official safety, emergency, or closure information.

Acceptable use and product materials

Use the product for lawful personal trip planning and related informational purposes. Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to scrape the service in a way that interferes with its operation. StrikeTracks names, marks, and destination presentation remain StrikeTracks materials.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, StrikeTracks is provided as-is for planning support. StrikeTracks is not liable for decisions made from the information, including travel, fishing, or safety outcomes.

Advertising

When advertising is enabled, StrikeTracks pages may contain advertising. Advertising is currently disabled.

Advertising is separate from StrikeTracks ratings, condition outputs, recommendations, and editorial or product content. Google and other ad buyers do not determine StrikeTracks condition ratings or other condition outputs.

Clicking advertising may take you to a third-party website or service that StrikeTracks does not control.

StrikeTracks may receive advertising revenue from this display advertising. Advertising is not an affiliate-commission program, a retail store, or a sponsorship marketplace.
